The renovation of Villa C, a cherished family property with a history spanning nearly 140 years, adhered to two key principles. Firstly, a focus on achieving remarkable energy efficiency, and secondly, a commitment to preserving its historical significance in compliance with monument protection guidelines. Nestled on the eastern shores of Lake Como, the villa boasts numerous architectural features emblematic of early 20th-century structures.
