In this project, our task was to analyze the already planned design and propose improvements. Through thorough analysis and intensive optimization, we succeeded in reducing energy consumption by 67% with only a 4% increase in costs, while simultaneously improving employee comfort. A major challenge was the glazing, for which we were able to find an excellent solution thanks to building physics calculations.
