The company building, constructed in 1989, stands out prominently with its distinctive design. Its lower levels house warehouses and workspaces, while the attic served as both additional storage space and a company apartment.

In response to issues like roof leaks and extreme interior temperature fluctuations, particularly overheating during summers, a comprehensive renovation was undertaken. This involved a significant alteration to the roof structure. Remarkably, the original diamond-shaped wooden support structure on the interior was preserved. To maximize the functionality of the now-support-free attic space, carefully placed dormers were introduced, offering controlled natural daylight ingress and creating new relaxation areas on individual roof terraces.

Renovation efforts encompassed the replacement of the existing roof structure, the removal of the old roof, and pyramid windows, all replaced with a meticulously crafted, airtight, and highly insulated building envelope featuring new roof and dormer windows with triple glazing. Additionally, provisions were made for the future installation of a photovoltaic system, spanning the entire southwest-facing roof slopes.
