The BIM project for NOI Techpark in Bolzano focuses on buildings D2 and D3, encompassing various key stages of design and construction.

• PGI Development: The development of the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) guided the project, providing a structured and integrated framework.
• Architectural Modeling: We created detailed models of the buildings, ensuring a functional and aesthetically pleasing design.
• Structural Modeling: The structural modeling ensured safety and stability, using BIM technologies to optimize engineering choices.
• As-Built Architectural and Structural Models: After construction, the as-built models accurately reflect the final realization of the buildings, facilitating future maintenance and modifications.

With a project cost of 12.5 million euros, this initiative demonstrates the importance of an integrated approach to BIM, coordinating architecture and structural engineering to deliver high-quality results.
