Immersive Farm Getaway Experience

The old farmhouse, a typical Wipptaler Einhof, is undergoing a renaissance at the owners’ request, serving both as a residence and for agricultural activities. The original building fabric had deteriorated significantly, necessitating a comprehensive renovation as the primary focus. Additionally, plans included the construction of a winter garden on the south-east facade, harnessing its advantageous orientation for panoramic views and solar energy capture.

Within the refurbished structure, a farm tavern will be established, along with the offering of “farmstay” experiences. An extension on the south-west side is designated for a private two-story apartment. Importantly, the entire residential building retains its traditional form and appearance.
