This multi-family residential building, constructed in 1991 in a residential area of Bolzano, recently underwent energy efficiency improvements as part of the Superbonus programme. The refurbishment provided the residents with the opportunity to modernize their building while improving its energy performance. As part of the renovation, the roof was redesigned to eliminate leaks caused by the previous structure, giving the building a more harmonious and contemporary appearance.

The renovation included a number of measures: all exterior walls and the roof were thermally insulated, the windows were replaced with high-quality triple glazing, and photovoltaic modules were installed on the roof for both the entire condominium and individual residential units. In addition, comfortable and light-flooded conservatories were created, allowing residents to enjoy daylight and nature even in the colder months. All work was carried out without disrupting the daily lives of the residents.
